Survey on Delivery Preferences

We wanted to find out how people use other delivery platforms. Our survey revealed that one service was very popular because they mailed promotions regularly.

Stakeholder and Investor Feedback

After a workshop and crafting a Lean Business Canvas with stakeholders, I learned our main edge was a deal with the trading federation, giving us a large starting customer base.

Competitor Analysis

When I looked at other platforms, I noticed they all had their own strategies. Some targeted office workers, some focused on grocery store deals, and others wanted to be a delivery wallet with special discounts.

User Interviews & Market Insight

I spoke to some of these users on WhatsApp. I learned that one platform did a lot of advertising and specialized promotions. It made us wonder: what could our service focus on to attract more users?

The final deliverables included a cohesive brand identity, an eye-catching logo, comprehensive brand guidelines, an engaging 3D advertisement, and a well-designed app with intuitive user flows and high-fidelity prototypes. The vibrant branding and user-friendly design successfully captured the attention of the young audience, establishing Kook King as a standout in the fast food delivery market.
